Placing an Order
After selecting your products and completing checkout, payment is processed securely through Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT (IVA). Products are made to order — see the Shipping & Returns page for details on production and delivery times.
Right of Withdrawal
Because every Sami Tee product is made to order based on your selection, it qualifies as a personalized/custom-made good under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), and is therefore exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we offer a free replacement or refund — see the Shipping & Returns page for details.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law and applicable EU regulations. In case of a consumer dispute, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is also available.
