Shipping & Returns
Every Sami Tee product is made to order — it goes into production after purchase, so fulfillment time is part of the delivery.
Production & Delivery Time
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery within the EU usually takes 3–7 business days (outside Spain or outside the EU it may take longer). Estimated total delivery time: around 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order, before you pay.
Exchanges & Returns
Because every item is made to order just for you, we're unfortunately not able to accept "changed my mind" returns. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll offer a free replacement or a refund. In that case, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, along with a photo of the issue.
